Calling all Vendors!!!
The In the Company of Kings event promises to be an experience like no other.  It is a great opportunity to share your talents and products with the International Afghan Hound fancy. 
Applications for Vendor Space will be received beginning November 1, 2015.  No applications will be processed before this date.  We welcome you to purchase a vendor booth by filling out the form below and sending payment to our Vendor Chair, Chris Kaiser.  We look forward to seeing you there!
Vendor Information
Show Dates:               Wednesday, March 30 – Saturday, April 2  2016
Show Location:         Eukanuba Hall, Wilmington, Ohio USA
Vendor Location:      Inside the Show Hall, surrounding the Ring
  • Vendors shall pay $200 for each 10x10 space.  Vendors have rights to their space(s) throughout the event beginning Wednesday, March 30 and concluding Saturday, April 2, 2016.
  • Vendor Fees are non-refundable.
  • According to Eukanuba Hall rules, no dog food sales are permitted.
  • Applications will be received beginning November 1, 2015.  No applications will be processed before this date.  Vendors will be granted space on a first-come, first-served basis.  Limited space is available.
  • All reservations must be received NO LATER THAN February 1, 2016 or when space is sold out, whichever is sooner.
  • Safety, security and cleanliness of booth space are the responsibility of the undersigned Vendor.The booth must be manned at all times during show hours.  Organizers are not responsible in any way for booth or contents.
  • No more than two vendors allowed per booth.  All Vendors occupying a booth space must be named on this contract.  Subletting all or part of booth space is not allowed.
  • Electric service is available for an additional fee of $25.00.
  • Booth Spaces will be clearly marked and defined for each vendor.  Encroachment into another vendor’s space will not be tolerated.
  • Only paid Vendors will be allowed to sell at this show.  Selling from rooms or vehicles IS NOT allowed.  A fine of $250 will be assessed by the show organizers against violators.
  • Booths must be packed up and space cleaned within three hours of the completion of judging on Saturday, April 2.
  • All spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the Vendor Chair.  Every effort will be made to accommodate individual requests, but no guarantees are made as to location in the Hall or proximity to other booths.
  • Vendors are not considered confirmed until signed contracts and payment in full are received and confirmed by the Vendor Chair.
